How far away does the transmitter work from the base unit?

• Our transmitters work up to 1000 feet.  This can be inside or outside your home.

 Is the transmitter water proof?

•   Yes, the transmitter is 100% water proof.  You may wear it in the shower, in the bath tub or anytime you are touching water.

 Do I have to choose between the wristband style or the necklace style transmitter?

•   No, both accessories will be sent to you.  You may choose which accessory to wear with the transmitter.

 What happens if I lose power at my home, will my EARS unit still work?

•   Yes, our unit will operate on the built in battery back up for up to 96 hours.  Once the power comes back on, the battery will automatically recharge itself.

 Procedures:

Once I push the transmitter button, what happens?

•   When you push the transmitter, our base unit dials a toll free phone number going to our operations center.  Once we have received the signal, one of our live, professional and courteous associates will try to speak with you through the built in speakerphone.

 

 What does the associate do, if I want someone from my Responsible Party list contacted?

  The associate will attempt to call the individual from the Responsible Party list, if there is no answer, we would then call the other people on the responsible party list. 

 What should I do if I accidentally push the transmitter button?

  You can do one (1) of two (2) things: Press the cancel (the green button) button on our base unit or When the associate speaks with you, simply say you have pressed the button by accident and everything is ok!

 Miscellaneous: Is there a trial period, where I can use the system and return the system for a full refund?

   Yes, We have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.  If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied, simply return the equipment within the first 30 days, you will receive a full refund!!!

How much does it cost to ship the unit?

  Nothing!!  There is free UPS ground shipping for every unit.  Usually our members receive our units within 3-5 days.  Should you need us to ship the unit faster, we can ship the unit our for either a two day or one day delivery.  There will be an additional charge for this service.
